Walking Dead Sets Ratings Record

Good news for people who enjoy good things. Good, undead things! The season premiere of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Days Gone Bye," scared up some monster ratings last night. I know we usually don't do ratings reports here at IGN, but this one got us excited.

Dead managed to pull in a 3.7 HH rating netting over 5.3 total million viewers making it the largest audience for any original series on the network. 3.6 million of those viewers were a part of the coveted Adults 18-49 demographic - making it the highest delivery for any cable series premiere for 2010.
