Daily Shuffle: Lindsay Lohan Wants To Open Up Other Rehabs

Dina Lohan told Matt Lauer in an interview on Today this morning that Lindsay wants to "start her own facilities [to] help other children" since she's "so public." Dina also said Lindsay wants to fulfill her entire sentence and stay in treatment until January 3rd because "she's learning the trigger points and why she turns to something - drugs or addiction.
